Short Sale

A “short sale” is when your lender agrees to take less money than the amount that is owed on your property.

I will negotiate with your lender and effectively sell your home.  Lenders would much rather allow a home to be sold as a short sale compared to paying the costs involved with foreclosure.

If your home is about to be foreclosed upon, I can negotiate with the bank for an extension in order to have more time in order to sell your home as a short sale. In most cases, until the home is sold, you would be able to continue to reside in the home.
